Privacy notice
How we handle your data.
byTHELAB* operates under Mexican privacy law (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, LFPDPPP 2025). The legally binding privacy notice is the Spanish version. This English summary is informational.
What we collect: name, email and the project context you share when contacting us or subscribing to our newsletter. We do not collect data we don't need.
What we do with it: respond to your inquiry, send newsletters you opted into, and keep records of work-in-progress. We do not sell your data; we only share it with the analytics/advertising providers you consent to via the cookie banner.
Processors: Vercel (hosting, US) and Resend (transactional email, US) act as processors under our control. If you accept analytics/advertising cookies, Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) also process data, both in the US. International transfer notice applies.
Cookies: necessary cookies (Vercel) are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies — Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel — are off by default and load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime via the “Cookies” link in the footer, or block them in your browser.
Your rights: under LFPDPPP you have ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition) plus consent revocation. Write to info@bythelab.xyz to exercise them. We respond within 20 business days.
