What exactly is ByTheLab?

An AI content studio from LATAM. It has two sides: the School, a Whop community with step-by-step courses and guides to create image, video, UGC and agents with AI, and a team that produces UGC, commercials and creative assets with AI for brands that commission them. It does not do marketing strategy or consulting. Founded by Wen López in 2026.

What is ByTheLab School?

It's our learning community on Whop. There you'll find step-by-step courses and guides to create content with AI tools: image and video generation, assisted editing, AI UGC, consistent characters and agents. It's the same method the team produces with. The first course is AI Image + Video for Marketing Teams: about 75 minutes in three modules, $50 USD one-time with lifetime access (in Spanish).

What is GEO Score?

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is a brand's visibility in the answers ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini give. GEO Score is our free tool that measures that visibility in 30 seconds: you run it yourself and see your score. We don't sell it as a service, it's free to use.

How is it different from a traditional agency?

We are not a marketing agency. On every production job, AI executes and the team directs: script, curation and editing. Your investment goes to senior creative judgment, not traditional agency structure.

What brands does the production team work with?

We produce for consumer, fashion, food, beverage and music brands, and for creators. We don't take projects from corporate card or business spend management companies.

Who owns the content?

Accepted Answer

You do. Every delivery includes the assignment of all rights that exist over the pieces, with unlimited commercial use: any channel, any country, forever. We never reuse your assets or material with other clients. And an honest note almost nobody will tell you: the law does not yet recognize copyright over what an AI generates on its own. That's why every piece of ours carries real human direction (script, curation, editing). That creative layer is protectable, and it's the one we assign to you.

Do you speak Spanish or English?

Both. Each piece can be monolingual or bilingual depending on your market. From LATAM to the world means Spanish is native, not translated, and English is written with editorial judgment for a global audience.

Why should we trust AI for our brand?

You don't trust AI. You trust who directs it. ByTheLab was founded by Wen López and production is directed by Daniel Nomezqui, a creative director trained in cinematography. The method taught at the School is the same one the team produces with. AI is the tool, not the replacement.

Do you do marketing strategy or consulting?

No. At the School we teach you to create content with AI, step by step. And if your brand needs content produced, the team makes it: UGC, commercials and creative assets. You decide what piece you need; we don't sell marketing plans.
